Thanksgiving

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!

This year we are particularly Thankful for our Home, for Matt's job, and for the newest addition to our family!

Today started with some good ol' fashioned football.  I took Savannah and Caleb for a ride in Savannah's new wagon.  She enjoyed the ride, but it wasn't long before she wanted to walk by herself or pull it herself.

Later this afternoon our good friends Ronnie and Destiny came over with their kids Ben and Juliet.  We fixed all the traditional dishes and Matt smoked a giant turkey.  It turned out delicious!  The kids ran around the house like little monsters the entire evening...seriously....they must have known it was a holiday!!

Savannah "helped" with dishes after dinner.  I let her pull a chair up to the sink and before I knew it she had stripped herself down to her panties so she wouldn't get wet.  Check out her very full Buddha belly!

After dishes we put the kids to bed and played Settlers of Catan...because we're cool like that :-)  So blessed to have family away from family!
