2 Months Already?!!

That's right, Caleb is two months old!  Does time fly faster the more kids you have?  He's now 13lbs 6oz and 22.5 inches long.  Savannah was 10lbs 3oz and 23.5inches long at this age.  I've got a supermodel and a linebacker on my hands!  The linebacker has now been promoted into 3-6month clothes.  He's super smiley when you interact with him, he can almost giggle, and he likes to swat at objects dangling in front of him.  He sleeps 6 hours at night and we're working toward a some-what predictable eating and sleeping pattern during the day.

My soon-to-be-two-years-old little bundle of energy is more fun than ever....in between her temper tantrums.  We kept her up late on Saturday night for her first movie and popcorn night.  We rented the new Monsters University.  We thought it would be a treat for her, but I don't think she appreciated it as much as we'd hoped...she wouldn't sit still for the movie but she ate a TON of popcorn!!! Hmmmm...maybe she wouldn't sit still because she ate a ton of popcorn.  She is also 95% potty trained!  We're still working on a few of the minute details, but for the most part we are diaper-free!

Savannah helped daddy rake leaves over the weekend while I planted more vegetables (and bare root strawberries) in my winter garden.  Caleb slept, which is honestly what I should have been doing.  Moms don't often get breaks, even on weekends.  Actually, especially on weekends.

My phone camera is currently out of commission and I haven't yet found the charger to the real camera since unpacking the house.  Hopefully soon I'll be back to taking 100 photos a day and overwhelming you all with the cuteness that is my children.

  1. Hello darling! I had no idea you were blogging. Just received Caleb's announcement in the mail. What a smiley kiddo. Well done! So glad I can be a part of your life this way. Passive, but you know I'm here and enjoying your photos and posts. <3 Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, dear friend. I miss you.
