Rodeo

Prepare yourself for an abundance of photos of THE CUTEST cowgirl in the West!!!!  We endured the 106deg heat this weekend to attend the Livermore Rodeo and the Rodeo Parade.  Matt searched all over town for reasonably priced little pink cowgirl boots for Savannah, but in the end we had to settle for the hat alone.

Savannah LOVED the parade!  It was already 90deg by 10am so we flagged down the snow cone venders immediately.  Savannah was not a fan, so mommy finished it for her :-)

Savannah loved watching the horses trot by, waving to the dancers and people riding on the floats, and especially loved dancing to the marching band music!  We never need to worry about front row seats because mommy and daddy are both super tall!!

The rodeo is not something I need to go to every year, especially since it never fails to arrive on the hottest weekend of the season, but Matt really wanted us all to go, so I rested up beforehand and did my best to survive.  Savannah really only wore her hat for photos because it was just too HOT!
