In the rare moments that Lilah and Caleb were simultaneously awake I was able to capture some fun photos of the two of them. I love how picture-perfect Lilah is all the time (such a princess) and how drooly and clueless Caleb tends to look (such a boy!) Caleb, in true boy-fashion, likes to kick Lilah and grab her head.
We kept the toddlers busy by taking them to the Zoo (courtesy of Auntie Kathy...THANK YOU!) and the duck pond, bust mostly they just played outside. Due to extremely beautiful weather we were able to pull out the water table and even turn the sprinklers on for a few minutes!

...so I settled for just one |
at the Tortoise exhibit |
Savvy was particularly excited about the Tortoises because we had recently read "The Tortoise and the Hare" and "The Foolish Tortoise" |
The kids found The Foolish Tortoise's shell! |
It's a Savvy Tortoise! |
Most of the zoo animals were sleeping during the time we were there, so we played! |

At the petting zoo...Savvy literally RAN to the animals. Milo is nowhere to be found. |
Caleb just LAAAAUGHED at the animals! So cute! |
